How to Use Cleanse the skin and tone it before patting it dry. Place the sheet below the chin. Align the Silicone belt with the chin and secure it with Velcro flaps on top of the head. Let it sit for 40 minutes. Remove the belt and the mask and massage a suitable amount of the cream onto the chin and the neck. Follow this routine for 5 days.
