How to Use

1. Apply around the entire lip perimeter before applying any lip colour.
2. Allow the primer to settle for 30 seconds before applying lip colour.
3. Apply a thin layer across the entire lip as well for extended wear as a base.
4. Apply lip colour as normal on top of the dried primer.
5. Reapply the Line Perfector each time you reapply lipstick throughout the day.
