How to Use:
1) Start applying Maybelline Sensational Liquid Matte from the center of the upper lip and follow the contours of your mouth.
2) Line the top and bottom lips first and the glide the Maybelline Sensational Liquid Matte to fill in across both lips.
3) Let the liquid matte dry first before applying a lip gloss on top or lip balm if needed.
