Product Description

This is not a beginner exfoliant. The Ordinary Peeling Solution combines five acids at a total strength of 32%, making it a potent treatment for experienced acid users. AHAs work mainly on the skin surface, while BHAs reach into oily pores where congestion can build up.

What the Acid Blend Targets

The formula focuses on rough texture, uneven-looking tone and blocked pores. It does not erase deep acne scars or replace professional care for severe skin concerns.

  • AHAs remove built-up surface cells that can make skin feel rough or look dull.
  • Salicylic acid targets pore congestion and oily buildup.
  • Hyaluronic acid, pro-vitamin B5, black carrot and Tasmanian pepperberry complete the formula.

Who Should Leave It Out

Sensitive, peeling or damaged skin may react badly to this acid level. The brand limits it to people who already have experience using direct exfoliating acids. Strong burning, persistent redness, or peeling should never be taken as proof that the product is working. Acid exfoliation can also make skin more sensitive to sunlight.

How to use
  1. Use in the evening after cleansing, when the skin is clean and fully dry.
  2. Apply a thin layer and avoid the eyes, lips, broken skin, and irritated areas.
  3. Start once or twice a week, then increase gradually only if the skin remains comfortable.
  4. Follow with a gentle moisturizer and avoid combining it in the same routine with other strong exfoliants or retinoids.
  5. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning and stop use if strong burning or irritation develops.
