Wet hair completely using lukewarm water before applying. The scalp and all lengths must be fully saturated. Hot water opens the cuticle too aggressively and makes blonde or highlighted hair more prone to oxidation, brassiness, and colour loss during washing. Start cool, then adjust to comfort.
Dispense an amount suited to hair length. A coin-sized amount works for short to medium hair. Longer or thicker hair may need slightly more. Work the shampoo into the scalp using your fingertips in gentle circular motions. Once lathered at the scalp, spread it through the mid-lengths and ends by hand. For hair that is heavily highlighted, bleached, or colour-treated, give extra attention to the most processed sections first. These areas are more porous and tend to hold impurities that build dullness over time.
Rinse thoroughly. No shampoo residue should remain on the scalp or lengths before moving to the next step. For blonde and highlighted hair, finish the rinse with cool or lukewarm water. Cool water helps settle the cuticle, which reduces frizz and slows colour loss at the rinse stage.
Apply the Blondifier Conditioner or Blondifier Masque immediately after rinsing. This is not an optional add-on. It seals the cuticle, completes the colour protection cycle, and delivers the multi-dimensional shine that defines the Blondifier range. The shampoo step alone does not produce the full result.
